Ram announced a key milestone for its dedicated grocery-anchored retail platform with a ~600,000-square-foot portfolio of seven grocery-anchored shopping centers across the Southeast U.S. The $200 million investment included a combination of acquisitions and partnership contributions.  The effort is led by Brian Maloney, who rejoined Ram as a Principal in December 2024 after serving as Vice President of Real Estate for Whole Foods Market.
