Ram Completes Sale of Everly in Charlotte’s South End

Ram Realty Advisors (“Ram”), a real estate investment management firm specializing in multifamily, grocery-anchored retail, and mixed-use in select high-growth markets throughout the Southeast, today announced the sale of Everly, a 253-unit multifamily community in Charlotte’s South End. The property was sold on behalf of a Ram-sponsored institutional fund.
Located in the West Tremont corridor, Ram developed Everly and completed the project in August 2024. Since its first investment in the South End in 2006, Ram has owned and developed approximately $900 million worth of real estate in the sub-market.
“Charlotte remains one of our highest-conviction markets, and we apply the same discipline to an exit that we apply to an initial investment,” said Casey Cummings, Chief Executive Officer of Ram. “Everly was carefully designed, developed and leased up to stabilization, and this sale completes that plan on behalf of our investors.”

Ram continues to own approximately 1,000 multifamily units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space in Charlotte. The firm has an active pipeline in the market, including approximately 700 multifamily units and 250,000 square feet of retail space.
