Ram Realty Advisors (“Ram”), a real estate investment management firm specializing in multifamily, mixed‐use, and grocery‐anchored retail in select high‐growth markets throughout the Southeast, announced that Eran B. Landry has rejoined the firm as Managing Director of Development, covering the firm’s Florida region.  In this role, he will provide leadership to the existing team and oversee multifamily and mixed-use investments across Ram-sponsored vehicles. Eran will be based in Orlando, Florida.

“Eran’s return to Ram strengthens our commitment to Orlando and Tampa, two of the most dynamic growth markets in the Southeast,” said Casey Cummings, CEO of Ram. “His deep experience in multifamily, track record of execution, and strong market relationships will be invaluable as we continue to scale our portfolio across Florida.”

“I am excited to rejoin Ram and support the firm’s continued expansion across the major markets in Florida,” said Eran Landry. “Ram has a strong track record of executing high-quality investments, and I look forward to working with the team to enhance the portfolio and deliver long-term value for our investors.”

Eran brings more than two decades of experience in multifamily and mixed-use development, with a track record spanning more than $1 billion of projects across Florida and the Mid-Atlantic. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Development at Mast Capital, where he was responsible for scaling the firm’s multifamily platform to approximately 3,000 apartments across South and Central Florida. Prior to that, Eran was Vice President of Development at Mill Creek Residential, where he led more than $275 million in mixed-use developments in downtown Orlando and Tampa.

Earlier in his career, Eran was Director of Development at Ram, where he successfully managed over $220 million of multifamily projects in South Florida, including Parc Station (Hollywood), Deerfield Station (Deerfield Beach), and Mirador at Doral (Doral). He also held leadership roles at Home Properties and Kettler, where he oversaw the execution of multiple Class A multifamily communities.

Eran holds a Master of Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Stanford University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
