Eran B. Landry rejoined Ram in 2025 as Managing Director of Development, covering the firm’s Florida region. He is based in Orlando and provides leadership to the development team, overseeing multifamily and mixed-use investments across Ram-sponsored vehicles.

 

Eran brings nearly two decades of multifamily development experience across Florida and the Mid-Atlantic. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Development at Mast Capital, where he scaled the firm’s multifamily platform to approximately 3,000 units across South and Central Florida. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Development at Mill Creek Residential, leading more than $275 million in mixed-use developments in Orlando and Tampa. Earlier in his career, Eran held development roles at Ram, Home Properties, and Kettler, where he managed the execution of more than $750 million in multifamily communities. He holds a Master of Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Stanford University.
