Tori Piper is responsible for assisting with the management and development opportunities in North Carolina. Ms. Piper joined the firm in 2025 and is based out of the Charlotte, NC office.

​

Prior to joining Ram, she served as a Senior Analyst on CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily Investment Sales team. Before CBRE, Tori worked as an Analyst at NorthStar REI in Charleston, where she supported multiple facets of the business focused on the firm's multifamily platform. She began her career at PwC, serving as a Consultant within the firm’s Cyber, Risk, and Regulatory practice.

Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of South Carolina.
