Simon Holley joined Ram in September 2025 as an Analyst and is based out of the Tampa, FL office. He is responsible for supporting the firm’s acquisitions, development, and asset management teams.

 

Prior to joining Ram, he gained experience in retail development with Brookfield Properties in Chicago, IL. Simon holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
