Rock Creek Ballantyne is a 325-unit apartment community located in a high-growth suburban location near the 2,200-acre Ballantyne Corporate Park in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ram acquired a 212-unit value-add apartment community in 2012 and, subsequently, a stalled townhouse project in an off-market transaction. The additional acreage of the adjoining 7-acre site included 5 existing homes and infrastructure in place for an additional 113 units. Ram completed the construction of the 113 new units and renovation of the common areas, amenities and unit interiors of the existing apartments. The combined project was sold in Q1 2017.
