Robin Trainor

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Robin Trainor joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in January 2024.  Robin is based in Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens, Florida headquarters where she is responsible for providing overall leadership for the Human Resources team.

 

Prior to joining Ram, Robin was the Head of Human Resources for the shared services, business partners and total rewards teams at Success Academy, a New York based charter school system. Prior to Success Academy, she held multiple roles where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer for several private equity backed start-up companies: Veepak, FirstKey Holdings, and Armored AutoGroup. In these roles, Robin was responsible for designing the HR infrastructure to include a HRIS/payroll system, establishing HR policies and procedures, and developing the organizational design, total rewards and talent acquisition strategies. She started her HR career at Altria Corporate Services (parent company of Philip Morris and formerly Kraft Foods) where she held progressively larger HR roles over a period of 18 years before joining UBS Investment Bank where she spent the next 4 years as the Director, HR for the America’s region.

 

Robin holds an MBA from the Hagan School of Business, Iona University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mercy College.
