Rich Stewart

Project Manager

Rich Stewart is responsible for the construction management efforts in Charlotte, NC. He works in collaboration with all stakeholders of a project to ensure a successful outcome and increased value to the community. Rich joined Ram August 2024 and is based out of the Charlotte, NC office.

 

Rich has experience managing a broad range of construction projects, including multi-family, luxury office, mixed-use, high-rise, healthcare, and public projects. He has led project teams in the construction of buildings valued between $65 - 85 million, as well as has been involved in projects as large as $250 - 700 million.

 

Rich holds both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, where he focused in construction management.
