Ram Welcomes Kaylee McCall Correa as Managing Director of Capital Markets

Ram Realty Advisors ("Ram") is pleased to announce the addition of Kaylee McCall Correa as Managing Director of Capital Markets. In this role, she will focus on Ram’s business development initiatives and capital formation strategies, leveraging fifteen years of experience in real estate marketing, capital raising, and investor relations.
Kaylee joins Ram from Elion Partners, a U.S. industrial real estate investment manager, where she served as Managing Director of Capital Markets. At Elion, she oversaw global fundraising and investor engagement, helping scale the platform and expand its institutional investor base. Earlier in her career, Kaylee worked as a branding and marketing consultant, advising clients across commercial mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and lifestyle real estate sectors.

Kaylee is actively involved in several industry organizations, including PREA, where she serves on the Social Impact Committee and is a Capital Markets Affinity Group member. She is also an Advisory Board member for the IMN Real Estate Forums and participates in RELPI, IREI, and WIRE. In 2024, she was recognized by Kayo as one of the “Top 24 in ’24: Women in Real Estate Private Equity,” which highlights leaders driving performance in the industry.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, both from the University of Florida, and earned a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.
