Ram Closes Joint Venture Acquisition of Novo Las Olas

Ram Realty Advisors ("Ram") closed a joint venture acquisition of Novo Las Olas with partner Stiles in the second quarter of 2024. Novo, centrally located in downtown Ft. Lauderdale’s business district, offers residents walkability to the surrounding office market and Arts + Dining District and Riverwalk.

Opened in 2020, the 28-story vertically integrated high-rise, mixed-use tower was developed connecting to The Main office tower. The highly amenitized Novo has 341 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units with a rooftop sky lounge and terrace, and a 9th-floor pool deck with a fire-pit lounge, cabanas, and gaming areas, as well as additional outdoor entertainment spaces and pet park. Inside amenities range from state-of-the-art fitness and yoga room to co-working and private workspaces, gaming area, clubroom, and 24/7 concierge. Novo views are a major selling point for tenants.

Novo has a 27,785 SF Publix with direct access for residents from inside the building – the only grocery store in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The 380,000 SF adjacent The Main office tower has ground-floor tenants, including Moxie’s and Fogo de Chao.
