Ram Realty Advisors ("Ram") announces it acquired The Courtney at Universal, located in the city’s International Drive submarket, in mid-July. Consisting of 355 luxury apartment residences spread across five four-story elevator-serviced buildings, two three-story elevator-serviced buildings, and seven 2-story carriage-style homes, the centrally located property was completed in 2015.

With easy access to the area’s major transportation corridors – Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 4, Sand Lake Road, SR 528 (Beachline), and John Young Parkway – it also benefits from its under one-mile proximity to three significant economic drivers: Lockheed Martin, Orange County Conventions Center, and a new Universal Studios theme park, Epic Universe (slated for a 2025 opening).

The community is within walking distance of a Publix-anchored shopping center and multiple dining and shopping options.

The gated community’s amenities include resort-style pool with WiFi cabana bar, seating space with TVs, grilling stations, playground, and pet spa; indoors are complimentary coffee bar, business center, fitness center, game room with billiards, and a resident lounge with fireplace, kitchen, and bar. Apartment homes feature an array of attractive amenities including high ceilings, gourmet kitchens, screened verandas/private balconies or patios, and refined finishes throughout.

Positioned at a prime location for growth, The Courtney at Universal Boulevard benefits from its proximity to one of the main entrances of Epic Universe, Universal Studios' newest theme park currently under development. Spanning over 750 acres, Epic Universe will feature multiple themed lands, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces. With the park expected to create 14,000 jobs, The Courtney is strategically set to benefit on the area's inevitable expansion.
