The property is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale’s central business district, surrounded by 4.5MM sf of office space, providing residents easy access to shopping, entertainment, and employment along the famed Las Olas Boulevard, as well as the Brightline Station. The project was completed in 2020.

 

In April 2024 Ram closed a joint venture acquisition of the property with partner Stiles Corporation.
