Michael Trimble

Senior Director of Development – South Florida

Michael Trimble is responsible for managing and executing development opportunities throughout South Florida. He joined the company in 2022 and is based out of Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. Mr. Trimble is a triple Gator, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Finance.

 

Prior to joining Ram, Mr. Trimble was a Development Manager for Eastwind Development, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, his focus was on market-rate apartments, workforce housing, and 55+ age-restricted apartments. Before joining Eastwind, he was a Development Manager for Viking Companies in Gainesville, FL, focused on mixed-use, retail & traditional multifamily.
