Michael Bowden

Vice President of Asset Management

Michael Bowden is based out of Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens, FL and is responsible for asset management activities throughout the southeast portfolio. Mr. Bowden’s primary focus is on mixed-use and multifamily assets. 

 

Since joining Ram in 2009, Michael has held various roles within the organization. Most notably, he was the Director of Operations for the management company where he was responsible for operations on Ram’s multifamily portfolio as well as guiding the development and acquisition teams to formulate best in class amenities, technology and underwriting that reflects today’s changing management trends. During that time Mr. Bowden successfully guided 11 value-add investments, 18 lease-ups and 19 dispositions.  Professional affiliations include membership with Institute of Real Estate Management, National Multi Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, and various Apartment Associations.
