Michael Bowden

Vice President, Multifamily

Michael Bowden is based out of Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and is responsible for asset management activities throughout the firm's southeast portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets.

Since joining Ram in 2009, Michael has held various roles within the organization. Most notably, he was the Director of Operations for the management company, where he was responsible for operations on Ram’s multifamily portfolio as well as guiding the development and acquisition teams to formulate best-in-class amenities, technology, and underwriting that reflect today’s changing management trends. During that time, Michael successfully guided 11 value-add investments, 18 lease-ups, and 19 dispositions. Professional affiliations include membership with the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Multi-Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, and various Apartment Associations.
