Matt Hennessey

Matt Hennessey is responsible for underwriting new investment opportunities and asset management for Ram’s retail portfolio. He joined the firm in 2025 and is based out of Ram’s Charlotte, NC office.

Matt holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Real Estate from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Ram, he held various investment and asset management roles for multiple real estate investment trusts, focusing on retail, multifamily, and seniors housing portfolios.
