MAINSTREET AT MIDTOWN

Mainstreet at Midtown (“Midtown”) is a Class A mixed-use property developed by Ram in 2007. The property consists of 98,000 square feet of commercial space and 225 luxury condos. The 47-acre Midtown site has approximately 1,300 feet of frontage on PGA Boulevard, between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, making it a prime destination for dining, shopping, services and entertainment.

 

Ram elected to expand the property by acquiring an adjacent 2.78-acre site in July 2017.  Shortly after acquiring the property, the company executed a lease with a specialty grocer for a 24,000 square-foot, build-to-suit, free-standing store.
