LAKESIDE PUBLIX

Lakeside Village Center is a shopping center development consisting of a 62,000 square foot Publix-anchored shopping center and eight outparcels on 23 acres in Windermere (Orlando), just north of Disney World.

In September 2010 during a capital constrained market for development, a joint venture was formed with a local developer well known to Ram principals to construct a grocery-anchored shopping center. In addition to obtaining Publix as the anchor prior to closing, outparcels were filled with JP Morgan Chase, Fifth Third Bank, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, local restaurants and medical office. The shopping center and one outparcel were sold in 2013. The seven remaining outparcels were sold from 2011 – 2016.
