Kevin Mosher

Investment Analyst

Kevin Mosher joined Ram in August 2024 as an investment analyst and is based out of Tampa, Florida. He is responsible for supporting the firm’s development, acquisitions and asset management teams.

​

Prior to joining Ram, Kevin worked in multifamily investment sales for Northmarq in Tampa, assisting the team in over $1.5 billion of multifamily dispositions throughout Central and Southwest Florida. Prior to Northmarq, he was a commercial real estate analyst for First Merchants Bank in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Kevin is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and is a Big Brother Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.  

Kevin graduated from Florida State University where he holds bachelor’s degrees in both finance and entrepreneurship.
