Kevin Mosher

Kevin Mosher joined Ram in August 2024 and is based out of Tampa, Florida. He is responsible for supporting the firm’s development, acquisitions, and asset management teams.

​

Prior to joining Ram, Kevin worked in multifamily investment sales for Northmarq in Tampa, assisting the team in over $1.5 billion of multifamily dispositions throughout Central and Southwest Florida. Prior to Northmarq, he was a commercial real estate analyst for First Merchants Bank in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Kevin is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and is a Big Brother Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.  

Kevin graduated from Florida State University where he holds bachelor’s degrees in both finance and entrepreneurship.
