Karen Geller

General Counsel, Executive Vice President, Principal

Karen Geller joined Ram in 2005 and serves as General Counsel. She is responsible for the firm’s legal affairs, including transaction oversight, risk management, due diligence, and regulatory compliance, including SEC matters.

Karen brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate law. Prior to joining Ram, she was an attorney at Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A., where she specialized in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. During her time at Gunster, she represented Ram on multiple transactions before joining the firm.

Earlier in her career, Karen worked in various legal and accounting-related roles, including within the City of Miami Beach’s Legal Department. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.

 

Karen is also active in community initiatives and has supported the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer program in Martin County, Florida through ongoing fundraising and volunteer efforts.
