Senior Project Manager​

Jorge Cardozo is responsible for construction management efforts in Central Florida. He oversees all aspects of project execution, from predevelopment budgeting through final delivery, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value. He joined Ram May 2025.

 

Jorge has over 12 years of experience in real estate development and construction, with a versatile background in construction supervision and project management. His portfolio includes a wide range of asset types, including multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, healthcare, commercial office, and tenant improvement projects—delivered in both urban and suburban markets. He has successfully led construction efforts on projects with budgets exceeding $200 million.

 

Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston. He is an Associate Constructor (AC) and a LEED Green Associate, reflecting his commitment to sustainable building practices and professional excellence.
