Jim Stine

President, Principal, and Investment Committee Member

Jim Stine joined Ram in 2010 and serves as President and Principal. He provides senior leadership to the firm’s development, project management, and investment activities, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use investments across Ram-sponsored vehicles. Jim serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.

Jim brings more than 30 years of real estate experience across development, investments, and operations. Prior to joining Ram, he spent 25 years with Stiles Corporation, where he served as Chief Investment Officer. In that role, he oversaw the firm’s development, leasing, asset management, and property management functions. Previously, as President of Stiles Capital Group, he was responsible for portfolio asset management, project financing, and the acquisition and disposition of investment assets.

Jim is actively involved in the real estate industry and professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies and previously served as its Chairman (2012–2013). He has also served on the University of Florida Broward County Regional Development Committee, the Board of Directors of Children’s Place at HomeSafe, and Leadership Palm Beach.
