Jennifer Stull

Chief Operating Officer, Principal, Investment Committee Member​​

Jennifer Stull joined Ram in 2002 and serves as Chief Operating Officer and is a Principal of the firm. She provides senior leadership for the firm’s asset management platform, overseeing portfolio operations, performance strategy, and execution across Ram-sponsored vehicles. Jennifer also leads key operational initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and team development and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.

Jennifer brings more than 25 years of experience in multifamily operations and asset performance. Prior to joining Ram, she spent eight years with Lincoln Property Company, where she served as a Regional Property Manager and management trainer, overseeing multifamily communities owned by private and institutional investors. During that time, she began working with Ram-owned assets in 1997.

Jennifer is actively involved in both industry and community organizations. Her professional affiliations include the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, as well as various apartment associations. She also serves as senior management liaison for the firm’s internal philanthropy initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from DePaul University.
