Jeff Kurtz

Senior Vice President, Development

Jeff Kurtz is responsible for managing and executing development opportunities in Florida, Tennessee and the Carolinas. 

 

Mr. Kurtz has a Master of City Planning degree with a concentration in real estate development from The University of Pennsylvania.  His education also includes a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from North Carolina State University and Real Estate Development Certificate coursework from The Wharton School.  Mr. Kurtz’s professional background in place-making includes his work at Method Co., in Philadelphia, PA as Director of Development. Mr. Kurtz joined the company in 2021 and is based out of Ram’s Chapel Hill, NC office.
