James Sopher

Director of Construction​

Jim Sopher is responsible for leading the construction management efforts on many Ram projects in South Florida and Nashville, TN.  He also assists the team with acquisition due diligence, pre-development budgeting and development entitlements.  He joined Ram in 2013 and has over 26 years of experience managing multi-family, mixed-use, healthcare, hospitality, corporate office headquarters and higher education projects.  Jim is based in Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens office.

 

Jim holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University and is a Florida licensed General Contractor.  He also holds an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification and is a LEED AP. Jim is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association of America, Florida East Coast Chapter.
