Jack McDermott joined Ram June 2025 as an Investment Analyst and is based out of the Charlotte, NC office. He is responsible for supporting the firm’s acquisitions, development, and asset management teams.

 

Prior to joining Ram, he gained experience in commercial real estate investing with Ascentris in Denver, CO, and corporate real estate with Flagstar Bank in Charlotte, NC.

 

Jack holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
