It is centrally located near the dense, high-income neighborhoods of southwest Durham and only 7 miles from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Duke University Campuses.

Ram acquired the asset in July 2017 after fully negotiating a lease with Sprouts to backfill the majority of a dark anchor space.  Additional improvements to the center include façade renovations, landscaping improvements and signage enhancements.
