It is centrally located near the dense, high-income neighborhoods of southwest Durham. Only 7 miles from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Duke University Campuses and adjacent to The Streets at Southpoint, a 1.3+ million sf mall owned by Brookfield Properties.

Ram acquired the asset in July 2017 after fully negotiating a lease with Sprouts to backfill the majority of a dark anchor space.  Additional improvements to the center include façade renovations, landscaping improvements and signage enhancements.
