A National Green Building Certified (NGBS) 13-story high-rise, Hawk features large format apartment homes measuring 1,222 sf on average with premium, high-end finishes. Hawk is one of the first high-rise structures to be built with precast concrete in the Carolinas. ”The development was recognized with prestigious Multifamily Executive’s Best Unit Design and Charlotte Business Journal’s Top Apartment/Condo Building awards.

 

In December 2021, Hawk was sold to a NYSE-traded multifamily REIT.
