Elena Bachman

Senior Accountant

Elena Bachman is responsible for the review of the financial reporting provided by the Third-Party Management firms. Ms. Bachman re-joined Ram in 2010 as a property accountant, responsible for preparing financial statements, budgets, and CAM reconciliations on a portfolio of residential, retail and mixed-use assets.  She was promoted to Senior Property Accountant in 2015. In 2020, when property management was outsourced, Ms. Bachman transitioned to act as a liaison for accounting between Third Party Management and Asset Management.

 

Ms. Bachman graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B. S. in Business Administration majoring in accounting in 1997.
