David Klepser

Head of Portfolio Management & Finance, Principal, Investment Committee Member

David Klepser joined Ram in 2014 and serves as Head of Portfolio Management & Finance and is a Principal of the firm. He serves on Investment Committee and is based in Ram’s Charlotte, North Carolina office.

David brings nearly two decades of experience across investments, development, and capital markets. Prior to joining Ram, he spent nine years at Grubb Properties, where he held senior roles across acquisitions, finance, development, and investments, most recently serving as Senior Vice President focused on multifamily acquisitions. Earlier in his career, David worked in the Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), where he executed financing, recapitalization, and strategic advisory transactions.

He holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary.
