Dave Martin

Associate General Counsel

Dave Martin joined Ram in 2026 as Associate General Counsel. He is based in the Palm Beach Gardens office and provides legal support across the firm’s acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, fund formation, and SEC compliance matters.

Before joining Ram, Dave was a real estate partner in Saul Ewing LLP’s Wilmington, Delaware office, where he represented developers and owners in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Dave received a B.A. in Political Science and Advertising from Syracuse University, a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
