Curv is an urban infill mixed-use development project, located at the high-traffic intersection of 17th Street and Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project includes a 243-unit luxury apartment community, a vertically integrated 49,000-square foot Whole Foods grocer and a 672-space parking structure.

The land was acquired by Ram in August 2018 in an off-market transaction after completing the entitlement process and executing a lease with Whole Foods.  The project is designed in a South Florida Moderne/Deco style and includes a clubroom, coworking space, fitness center, and a luxury-resort quality pool with outdoor pavilion. The project was sold October 2021 to a NYSE-traded multifamily REIT.
