Josh Martin 

Investment Analyst ​

Joshua Martin joined Ram in 2025 as an Investment Analyst and is based out of the Charlotte, NC office. He is responsible for supporting the firm’s development, acquisitions, and asset management teams.

​

Prior to joining Ram, he gained experience in residential development with Gifford Miller Group in San Francisco, CA, multifamily acquisitions and hotel development with PEG Companies in Provo, UT, government affairs with the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) in Washington, D.C., and large-scale commercial general contracting with Andersen Construction in Seattle, WA.

Josh holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
