Conor Kelley

Regional Director of Investments – South Florida

Conor Kelley is based out of Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens, FL office and is responsible for sourcing new investments across South Florida. He directs site identification, underwriting, and leads the acquisition process for the South Florida team.

 

Mr. Kelley graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate. Upon graduation, he joined Ram in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office where he spent three years working as an investment analyst. In 2018 he relocated to Charlotte in order to support the company’s efforts in the Carolinas as an investment associate. In 2021, he returned to the Palm Beach Gardens office and in 2022 became the Regional Director of Investments for South Florida. Mr. Kelley is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers along with various local industry groups.
