Chris Birr

Senior Director of Development – Carolinas

Christopher Birr is responsible for managing and executing development opportunities in North Carolina. He joined the company in 2023 and is based out of Ram’s Chapel Hill, NC office.

 

Prior to joining Ram, Mr. Birr spent 10 years in the greater Washington DC metro market with a focus on large mixed-used developments adjacent to major metro stations as a Development Director for Comstock Companies.  Before joining Comstock Companies, Mr. Birr was a Development Manager for StonebridgeCarras. Mr. Birr graduate cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with an accredited Bachelors of Architecture degree and is a LEED Green Associate.
