Casey Cummings

Chief Executive Officer, Principal, and Investment Committee Member

Casey Cummings joined Ram in 1991 and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Principal. He is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and overall performance, and chairs the firm’s Investment Committee.

Over more than three decades with Ram, Casey has held leadership roles across the organization, including acquisitions, leasing, development, and property management. He was appointed President in 2001 and assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer in 2010, leading the firm’s growth into a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating platform.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the Florida Council of 100. His civic and industry involvement has included serving as Chairman of the Board of the Economic Council and The Pine School, as well as board roles with the New World Symphony (Miami Beach), the Library Foundation of Martin County, and the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies.
