Casey Cummings

Chief Executive Officer, Principal, and Investment Committee Member

Casey Cummings provides strategic direction, manages partner relationships, and chairs the Investment Committee. He joined Ram in 1991 and served in a variety of capacities over the course of his first ten years with the Company, including acquisitions, leasing, development and property management. He was appointed President in 2001 and assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer in 2010.

Mr. Cummings holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Florida Council of 100. He is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Economic Council and The Pine School, and has previously served on several boards, including the New World Symphony (Miami Beach), Library Foundation (Martin County, FL), and the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies.
