Brianna Ellis

Chief Financial Officer, Principal, Investment Committee Member

Brianna Ellis joined Ram in 2011 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Principal. She is based in the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office and is responsible for the firm’s financial strategy and operations. Brianna oversees all accounting functions, including fund and investment accounting, tax, corporate accounting, treasury management, and financial reporting. She also provides strategic leadership for the firm’s Information Technology, Investor Relations, and Finance functions and serves on Ram’s Investment Committee.

Brianna plays a key role in fund and transaction structuring, working closely with external tax and legal advisors and serving as a liaison with the firm’s independent auditors and service providers. Prior to joining Ram, she spent three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she focused on real estate clients and developed expertise across a range of real estate fund and partnership structures.

During her tenure at Ram, Brianna has held progressively senior roles, including Director of Fund Accounting, Fund Controller, and Vice President of Finance.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master of Accountancy from Florida Atlantic University. Brianna is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
