Brian Roland

Principal, Head of Capital Markets, Investment Committee Member

Brian Roland joined the firm as Principal, Head of Capital Markets in October 2024. Brian is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and is based in Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens office, where he leads the capital formation and investor relations initiatives.

Brian most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for FrontRange Capital, a highly regarded institutional fund manager specializing in real estate operating companies. Prior to his time at FrontRange, he served as Vice President, Investments at Resource Land Holdings, a private equity firm that invests in natural resource-producing real estate across the United States and Canada. Brian also spent ten years with Macquarie Capital Partners (now M3 Capital) in Chicago and London, holding various roles in investment and portfolio management.

 

Brian holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
