Blys is a boutique 300-unit waterfront apartment community featuring 31,000 sf of adjacent retail, including a 23,000 sf Sprouts Farmers Market. The 12-acre infill site was a former Kmart (subsequently acquired by Walmart) which Ram acquired in February 2021 once learning of Walmart’s plan to focus on e-commerce and forego building on the site.

 

Prominently located adjacent to Wilton Manors in Ft Lauderdale’s vibrant Oakland Park neighborhood, the area is less than a mile to Oakland Park’s downtown culinary arts district and three miles from the Fort Lauderdale central business district. The commercial component was completed in Q4 2021 and the multifamily was completed in Q3 2023.
