Ashley Saulpaugh

Senior Vice President, Retail

Ashley Saulpaugh joined Ram in 2008 and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and site acquisition for the Firm’s retail investments. During his tenure, he has been directly involved in retail investments totaling approximately 4.5 million square feet. He is based in Ram’s Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Prior to joining Ram, Ashley began his career at Bank of America in Charlotte, where he held various analytical roles.

Ashley received a B.S. in Finance from East Carolina University and an M.S. in Real Estate from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
