Tom Ferraguto

Tom Ferraguto is responsible for assisting with sourcing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities throughout Tennessee.  He is based out of the Nashville office and joined the team in 2021.

​Mr. Ferraguto holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Prior to joining Ram, he spent seven years as an Asset Manager in the multifamily finance group of Walker & Dunlop, where he worked as part of a team underwriting and managing a $110 billion multifamily debt portfolio.  Mr. Ferraguto began his career at Edgewood Management, a multifamily property management and development firm based out of Gaithersburg, MD.
