Tim Dison

Vice President - Tennessee

Tim Dison is based out of Ram’s Nashville, TN office and joined the company in 2020.  He is responsible for managing the acquisition, development, and construction functions for Tennessee. 

 

Mr. Dison attended Jacksonville State University and Hampton University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1992.  During and after college, he worked for development and construction companies with evolving responsibilities in the construction of apartments, townhomes and condominiums for the first 13 years of his career.  In 1999 Tim joined Crescent Resources LLC, based in Charlotte, NC (now Crescent Communities) as Development Manager helping start the company’s new Multifamily Division which was the beginning of a 13-year tenure with the Duke Energy development arm ultimately becoming Vice President in the organization. Prior to joining Ram this year Tim spent 6 years as Director of Development for a national active adult community development company, Avenida Partners, based out of Newport Beach, CA.
