Thomas Fetter

Investment Analyst

Thomas Fetter joined Ram in 2023 as an investment analyst. He is responsible for supporting the Florida and Tennessee teams with development, acquisitions, and asset management. Thomas is based in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. 

Prior to joining Ram, he interned with a family office focusing on hospitality. Thomas graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in school, he created his own major, Commercial Real Estate: Planning and Development. By doing this he was able to cultivate a well-rounded curriculum including finance, urban planning, entrepreneurship, and construction management. Thomas is an active member of the Good Fellows Club in Charlotte, NC.
