Stephen Repp

Asset Manager

Stephen Repp is responsible for asset management activities in Florida and North Carolina, with a primary focus on mixed-use and multifamily assets. He joined Ram in August 2024 and is based in Ram’s Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.

 

Stephen began his career with Transwestern, where he underwrote and contributed to sales transactions of over $900 million.  He transitioned to asset management and previously worked at Colony Capital, Greystar, Sylvan Road Capital, and Arbor Realty Trust, managing diverse portfolios, and optimizing asset performance. He has been responsible for operational and financial strategies overseeing over 7,000 apartment units, 5.2 million square feet of commercial, 5 lease-up, 4 value-add investments, and dispositions of 17 assets and over $300 million in transactions. Stephen graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. degree in Real Estate.
