Senior Director of Accounting
Samantha Fleary joined Ram in 2023 and oversees fund and investment accounting and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, Ms. Fleary is responsible for the firm’s tax function, supporting the investor relations team, and providing oversight for the firm’s financial controls and policies.
Ms. Fleary graduated from Andrews University in Michigan with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 2003. Prior to Ram, Ms. Fleary spent four years at Sterling Organization in leadership of Fund Accounting and Reporting, eleven years at Blackstone’s global credit business, GSO Capital Partners, LP, now branded as Blackstone Credit, providing accounting and reporting preparation and oversight of several multi-billion dollar mezzanine debt funds, two years at Morgan Stanley Real Estate International Funds, and three years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP preparing audits and tax returns for various clients including Blackstone, KKR & Co., and other private equity and banking related clients. Ms. Fleary is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
