Rick Gnann

Vice President of Asset Management

Rick Gnann is based out of Ram’s Charlotte, NC office and joined the company in 2022. Mr. Gnann is responsible for asset management activities throughout North Carolina, with a primary focus on mixed-use and commercial assets.

Mr. Gnann graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.B.A. in Business Economics.  Upon graduation, he began his career with Meridian Capital Group, where he spent five years contributing to the origination, negotiation, and execution of over $500 million in real estate transactions. After leaving Meridian Capital in 2016, Mr. Gnann transitioned into asset management, where he has been responsible for overseeing over 10,000 apartment units, 2 million square feet of commercial, and a 4.5 million square foot development pipeline. Throughout his career, Mr. Gnann has held senior level asset management positions at DLP Capital Partners, Comstock Companies and The Geneva Group.
