Jonathan Porter

Vice President, Finance

Jonathan Porter is responsible for securing and structuring financing for the Company. In addition to managing the Company’s existing debt relationships, he also pursues new lending relationships for Ram. Jonathan also directs special asset management assignments.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1995. He began his banking career with First Union Bank (now, Wells Fargo), where he spent nine years in various credit and relationship management positions. Since 2004, Jonathan has worked with prominent south Florida-based real estate firms in charge of their capital needs and lending relationships. Jonathan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and enjoys mentoring students and young professionals.
