Evan Gold

Investment and Development Manager

Evan Gold is responsible for sourcing value-add and opportunistic investments in Tennessee.  He is also tasked with managing and executing ground-up development projects. Evan has managed multifamily and mixed-use development projects throughout Florida since joining Ram in 2022. He is based in Nashville and is responsible for helping to grow Ram’s office, pipeline, and footprint in Tennessee.

 

Evan holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and a bachelor’s from the University of Georgia. His professional experience prior to joining Ram includes strategy & management consulting, property management for a multinational CRE firm, and construction management & operations for a commercial general contracting firm in Atlanta.
