Nick Vanderkin

Nick Vanderkin joined Ram in January of 2025 as an Investment Analyst based in the Palm Beach Gardens office. He is responsible for supporting the Florida team with acquisitions, asset management, and development efforts. Before joining Ram, he interned at national development firm focusing on multi-family, retail, and office investments.

 

Nick graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Real Estate Finance and was also President of the undergraduate real estate club.
