


Michael R. Hammon joined Ram in August 2000 as Managing Partner for the residential division. Mr. Hammon is now responsible for the supervision of the overall development process on all residential and retail development from site acquisition to completion of construction. Prior to joining Ram, Mr. Hammon worked for JPI in Boca Raton, a full service developer, as the Senior Vice President and Regional Partner where he had the overall financial and operating responsibility for the Florida region. Previous to JPI, Mr. Hammon was a senior vice president with The Related Group of Florida. During his eleven years at Related, he developed over 5,000 residential units. Mr. Hammon holds an MBA degree with an emphasis on real estate and finance from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. degree in Finance from Indiana University. He has served on numerous civic and cultural committees in the city of Miami Beach including The Miami City Ballet Construction Committee, The Collins Park Cultural Campus oversight committee and the Cultural Arts Neighborhood District overlay committee.
